Are you ready not only to just survive, but to grow and excel?
For many years I worked with individuals helping them overcome anxiety, stress, depression and other issues and maladies that were ruining their lives. Focusing on strength in combination with insight, I assist individual who are running from their fears to have the courage to face them and realize that they had the ability to overcome adversity. Therapy helps one to start feeling hopeful about the future, become more decisive, assertive, and increase feelings of self-acceptance and self worth.
In working with couples I focus on healing and rebuilding their relationships to make them loving, trusting and passionate. Building on a strength-based approach that supports resourcefulness we can navigate through stressful times to create more balance, harmony, and fulfillment in your lifes.
I am especially passionate about helping our men and women in uniform, couples, families and individuals manage unique stressors in their lives, grow, heal, and feel more connected.
My success in therapy is based on three factors: my knowledge of what it takes to thrive or breakdown, trust, clear understanding and mutual respect which allows me to guide my clients and active involvement; I do not just listen, but also offer honest and straight forward feedback.
Being raised multi-cultural, having lived and worked in many parts of the world, I understand the importance culture plays in therapy and enjoy working with clients from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds offering therapy in German, French and English of course.

I was humbled and blessed to be in the presence of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama June 16th 2017. He delivered a beautiful and powerful message which I would like to share with you: "Compassion, Simplicity, Education and Happiness, is what matters in life. In order for sustainable change to take place, we need to abandon violence, anger and hatred, and instead focus on respect, humility and servitude. .
"Happiness is a Healthy Mind and a Healthy Body" Dalai Lama, June 16th 2017 San Diego, CA.
